Q How to use accumulated points

・Can be used at directly managed stores and WEBSHOP as ``1 point = 1 yen''.

・If you accumulate 500 points at the directly managed store, you can exchange it for an Aurora sticker or customize the original sticker by changing its color or text. (Some stickers cannot be customized, so please ask our store staff for details.)

We are planning to prepare new content other than sticker customization in the future, so please look forward to it.

Q No points awarded

If you use a directly managed store and points are not awarded correctly, or if you would like to add points later, you can add points for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Q What happens to the points on my paper point card?
