What is e-gift?

相手の住所を知らなくても、LINEやメール・SNSのDMなどで受け取りURLを送ることでギフトを相手に贈れるサービスです。 お相手の方は会員登録不要で、配送先を入力するとギフトが届きます。

  • お届け先の入力は不要

    お届け先の情報は贈り先の方が入力するので、住所を知らなくても大丈夫。

  • 思い立った時にすぐ贈れる

    時間がない時や今すぐに贈りたい時にすぐに贈ることができます。

  • ニックネームで贈れる

    SNSで交流を持った方など個人情報をお互いに知らせたくない場合も安心です。

eギフトの贈り方

  • STEP1

    贈りたいeギフト対象商品をすべてカートに追加後、カートページで「住所を知らない相手にeギフトで贈る」を選択します。

  • STEP2

    「贈り主の名前」「デジタルメッセージカード」「メッセージ」をそれぞれ入力しプレビューで確認後、ご購入手続きに進みます。

  • STEP3

    注文完了ページで表示されているギフトURLをコピーしギフトを贈りたいお相手にSNSやメール等でギフトURLを送信してください。

eギフトの受け取り方

  • STEP1

    メールやLINE、SNSでeギフトのURLが届きます。

  • STEP2

    お名前・住所など必要事項を入力します。※入力した住所等の情報が、 贈り主に伝わることはございません。

  • STEP3

    ご指定のお届け先にギフトが届きます。

注意事項

  • About products eligible for e-gifts

    The only products that can be used as e-gifts are "stickers". Products other than stickers such as miscellaneous goods cannot be sent as e-gifts.
    Additionally, if your cart contains items other than stickers, the e-gift option will not be displayed.

  • About shipping charges

    The shipping fee for e-gifts is a flat rate of 350 yen. *Free shipping for orders over ¥5,000 including tax.

  • About available payment methods

    The only payment methods that can be used when ordering an e-gift are "credit card payment" and "PayPay payment".

  • About changing or canceling your order

    We cannot accept changes or cancellations to your order after it has been confirmed.

  • About the expiration date of address input

    If the recipient does not register their address within the expiration date, the order will be automatically canceled. (The expiry date for the pick-up procedure is 23:59, 14 days after your order.)

  • About shipping time

    The gift will be shipped within 7 days after the recipient registers their address.

  • About price notation

    Where prices are listed, we will hide the prices before shipping. In addition, we will not enclose a delivery note with the price listed on it.

  • About delivery areas

    Delivery is possible only within Japan. Please note that this item cannot be shipped overseas.

  • About wrapping

    Wrapping is currently not available. It will be shipped in the same packaging as regular orders.
