Q What is a birthday coupon?

Account pageIf you have registered your date of birth and set up to receive birthday coupons, we will send you a special birthday coupon in your birthday month.
When you use the coupon, you will receive one original sticker of your choice for every three stickers you purchase.

If the birthday coupon does not apply, please check the following without completing your order.

・Please make sure that your cart contains a total of 4 or more stickers: ``3 purchase condition stickers'' and ``1 gift sticker.''

・There are some items that are not eligible for ``3 stickers of purchase conditions'' and ``1 sticker of gift''. If one of the four stickers contains an ineligible sticker, the coupon will not be applied.

Q About the number of times a birthday coupon can be used

A

Coupon can only be applied to one order. It is possible to repeat the condition of "buy 3 items, get 1 item free" when making a single order.

Example) If you purchase 12 tickets, you will receive 4 tickets as a gift.

*You can gift up to 5 tickets.

Once you apply a coupon and place an order, you will no longer be able to apply the coupon.

It cannot be reapplied to reorders after order cancellation.

Q What is e-gift?

A

This is a service that allows you to send a gift to someone even if you don't know their address by sending a receiving URL via LINE, email, or SNS DM. The recipient does not need to register as a member; just enter the shipping address and the gift will be delivered to you.

Q About products that can be sent as e-gifts

A

The only product that can be sent as an e-gift is "sticker". Products other than stickers such as miscellaneous goods cannot be sent as e-gifts.
Additionally, if your cart contains items other than stickers, the e-gift option will not be displayed.

Q What happens if the recipient does not receive the e-gift and process it?

A

If the recipient does not register their address within the expiration date, the order will be automatically canceled. (The expiry date for the pick-up procedure is 23:59, 14 days after your order.)

Q For e-gifts, how will the price be displayed?

A

Where prices are listed, we will hide the prices before shipping. In addition, we will not enclose a delivery note with the price listed on it.

Q Can you wrap e-gifts?

A

Wrapping is currently not available. It will be shipped in the same packaging as regular orders.

Q What is the shipping charge for e-gifts?

A

The shipping fee for e-gifts is a flat rate of 350 yen.
